The Village hosts 4 annual events which include a golf event, 2 mountains and a valley mountain bike event, canoe marathon and a 4x4 weekend. Citrusdal is also the perfect base to explore the West coast with famous Open air restaurants and crayfish festival. Elands bay surf spot (50min from Citrusdal) is rated the best left in Africa, and the rocklands (45min from Citrusdal) climbing spot is rated second best Rock climbing spot in the world!!!
