Visit this remote coastline with its flamingos, wild flowers and white sandy beaches. You will have the opportunity to hike more than 24 waterfalls and swim in beautiful Sandstone formed rock pools. We will then visit the Winelands villages of Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch which are nestled between beautiful Mountains.
Paarl
Only 56 km from Cape Town,
Paarl offers historical charm, culture, architectural heritage, wine and fruit
farms, breathtaking scenery and many cycling and nature trails. Major
attractions include Paarl Mountain (one of the largest solid rocks in the
world), the Afrikaans
Language Monument.
Franschhoek
Franschhoek is well known for its excellent restaurants, top accommodation
establishments, splendid mountains and openhearted hospitality. Spend time
browsing its many arts-and-craft shops, galleries and antique stores.
Stellenbosch
Stellenbosch, the oldest town in the country after Cape
Town, is undoubtedly one of the most scenic and
historically-preserved towns in southern Africa.
The town, ideally situated in a magnificent mountain valley, boasts a mild
Mediterranean climate and is the ideal destination from which to explore the
Wine lands.
ITINERARY:
Day 1
Drive along west coast past Blouberg Strand, Melkbos Ysterfontein, Darling and into
West coast Nature Reserve. Have brunch along Lagoon. Visit Fossil Park (only
Fossil Park in world with land and sea speciments) Drive along west coast to
Elands bay where you will have lunch via 4x4 route on Bobejaan Mountain (
weather permits)Arrive in Lamberts bay for Town tour and visit Bird island
Day 2
Depart to Cederberg Mountains via Clanwilliam. The whole day will be spend
exploring the magnificent Cederberg biome and its world renowned rock
formations while driving towards Wuppertal via 4x4 route. Sleep in remote area
just outside small village
of Wuppertal at gorge
where you will spend rest of day swimming and relaxing at gorge.
Day 3
Drive via N7 to Citrusdal where we will have brunch at private Waterfall just
outside of town. Drive through Olifantsriver to Beaver lac Wild reserve where
we will spend time at waterfalls. Drive down Dasklip Pass
and sleep at 21 waterfalls camping area.
Day 4
Drive via Wolseley to wine lands villages of Paarl to Taal
Monument overlooking Cape Town and surrounded areas where you will
have Lunch at 12:30
Drive through Franschoek and Stellenbosch for village tour and visit wine
farms. Arrive in Cape Town
at 18:00 for farewell dinner.

Food:
Will be mixture of interesting restaurants and by the crew an African cuisine
will be prepared in African Kitchen on the fire (if weather permits) using
different methods and are made from fresh herbs and vegetables. Your breakfast
and lunch will be served on the beach (weather permits) at waterfalls, swim
holes or from view points only accessible by 4x4. Dinner will be around a Camp
fire. (weather permits)
