Kleinmond Cango caves, Cango cheetah and Crocodile Farm, Ostrich Farm,
Tsitsikamma Forest, Board a ferry across lagoon to Feather bed reserve for view
over Lagoon, Elephant Sanctuary (walk, feed and ride an Elephant), Southern
point of Africa, De Hoop Nature Reserve-Whale watching hotspot of the world
ITENARY:
Day 1:
Depart at 07:30 from Cape Town Towards Hex River Valley via N1 Worcester.
Drive via Picturesque town of Montague through Klein Karoo via R62. Visit
World Famous Cango caves with beautiful lime stone formations. Sleep on Ostrich
farm. Optional: Ostrich Riding
Day 2:
Visit ostrich farm and have opportunity to ride one. Drive via Langkloof fruit
area where will go over Outiniqua mountains via 4x4 route to Garden Route and
sleep at Storms River Mouth camp area in Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve ( voted nr1
campsite in South Africa). Meals will be served on farm, at valleys and by the
coast. Have option to hike a part of one best hiking trails in South Africa
and swim in waterfall at sea.
Optional: Bungee jump, tree top tours
Day 3:
Drive via N2 through Plettenberg bay towards Knysna. Have breakfast in Knysna
Forrest. Go on boat cruise on Knysna Lagoon where you will have lunch on lagoon
if (weather permits). Have rest of day to walk around Knysna at crafts markets
and have Bantu meal for dinner in Forest Optional: Canoeing.
Day 4:
Drive via Swellendam, Malgas to De hoop Nature reserve (best whale watching
area in South Africa).
Have Lunch at secluded swim holes near the Langeberge range. Spend rest of day
exploring the Nature Reserve with its untouched coast and abundance of wild
lifelife
Day 5:
Drive via farm roads through Elim towards picturesque towns of Arniston and
Waenhuis krans. Have Lunch at southern most point. Visit Gansbaai Fish Factory
and for those who dare to go do Shark cage diving. Drive via Wine regions
Stellenbosch and Franschoek back to Cape
Town where we will have farewell Dinner

1-3 days can be added to view Cape
Town and surrounding areas

Accommodation:
The only difference between the packages is the accommodation. Meals provided
will always be of best quality ingredients available and transport is with 4x4
vehicles.

Chalets and Lodges will be on Nature/Game Reserves or out of town at beautiful
spots. Choices are between premium R750, Gold R1500 and Classic R3000
Food:
Will be mixture of interesting restaurants and by the crew an African cuisine
will be prepared in African Kitchen on the fire (if weather permits) using
different methods and are made from fresh herbs and vegetables. Your breakfast
and lunch will be served on the beach (weather permits) at waterfalls, swim
holes or from view points only accessible by 4x4. Dinner will be around a Camp
fire. (weather permits)
Transport:
4x4 vehicles will be used which has a/c, comfortable seats with best quality
camping gear to make your adventure a more exclusive off the beaten track
safari.
